Bathroom with large bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with toilet & sink. Beautifully appointed large modern Kitchen with breakfast bar and American style fridge freezer with Icemaker . Utility room with washing machine. Large Sitting room with two large Sofa’s, 55” TV, Bi-folding doors onto a large decked balcony with excellent sea views.
